Randy:
Turns out LFO was ahead of their time, Chinese food makes people sick:
From CNN (7/26/07):
“China is the Wild West right now because their regulatory system lacks the strong food and drug and cosmetic standards that were developed in the last 100 years,” said Sally Greenberg, senior product safety counsel with the U.S. Consumers Union, the publisher of Consumer Reports magazine.
You don’t have to tell me that China has low standards for products imported to America, dawg. Look at William Hung.
Paula:
These Chinese products aren’t bad! They’re just mislabeled! Instead of “dog food,” those cans should have said “rat poison!” And those cartons should have been labeled “sewage” instead of “milk.” See? All fixed! :-D
Simon:
Not to be rude, but I’ve watched all three seasons of Deadwood. I know the Wild West. The Wild West was a friend of mine. And China is no Wild West. As far as I can tell, the Wild West consisted of manly mustachioed gold-miners who drank whiskey while topless whores gave them hand jobs. And everyone talked like Shakespearian gangsta rappers.
China is just making a bunch of crappy food products.

Isabel Clark:
Love the LFO joke, but more importantly, whoever is writing this stuff (wait a minute, it isn't the real American Idol judges?) is doing a great job. Fun. E.
