Dear Mr. Gates
It is my fourth letter to you .World strongly changed since I wrote you. What a pity that you did not use my suggestion. I remind: during the load an operating system on a screen appear a basic spiritual hymen’s laws. Who knows, may be a world economic crisis would not happen then. Do you know why did it happen? Universe reminds a man that he stopped and thought about how he lives. It seems to me for some reason, that all of modern achievements of technical progress and undoubtedly of the company Microsoft, work of a unique purpose: every day to remind the men of spiritual commandments of life on this planet! Think only what honoured mission Universe handed you. Who knows, may be it will prevent the third world war.
P.S. I promised Gov don’t get any dollars for this idea. So you are free do all you need. I think it would be good if you use 10 commandments of God.
