I didn’t actually get to see Enchanted.  I stopped to buy paint thinner.  What the heck am I going to do with ten gallon-cans of paint thinner?  That Amy Adams is cute.  Not super skinny though.  Must give Lara a call.  Don’t care for that McDreamy guy.  Hate Gray’s Anatomy.  I’ve seen every episode at least three times.

The thing about Gilmore Girls is they just don’t quite get it right.  That gay guy who works at the Dragonfly Inn, Michel — did they have to combine all of their minorities in one character?  Michel is just the wrong name for starters — too much like a regular girl’s name.

I have trouble talking to black people.  I once went up to Maya Angelou and asked if I could rub prop blood over her.

The problem with Michel is, you can’t tell which stereotype we’re supposed to be laughing at.  Is he acting like a prissy homosexual, or just acting French?  Ugly Betty does a much better job with gay characters.  As you can tell, I infinitely prefer Gilmore Girls.

They should have called the gay French guy Jean-Marie, or something a little bit more exotic like that.  And wouldn't it seem more plausible if the people of Stars Hollow held a village-green fall-foliage pogrom and burnt him on a pyre of azalea sprigs?

A vegan diet does wonders for colon health.  I hope my home endoscope kit arrives soon.
