Just let me be president already

By Hillary Clinton

Bio & Blog

An article in the Times took a survey of some of the uncommitted superdelegates (aka Hill-Savers), and it concluded the picture for me isn't too bright. The prevailing philosophy among these superdelegates is to follow the mandate of the voters (who have mostly been blacks from red states, but whatevs). One of these unpledged superdelegates, who apparently moonlights as a NASA scientist, said:

"It’s about the numbers, and the numbers are the numbers. It’s not about hand-wringing. And Senator Obama has the lead."

Let me ask you guys something, would you really be that pissed if the superdelegates went over your heads and swung the election in my favor? Seriously would you be? Cause I'll drop out if the answer is yes. But I suspect -- and tell me if I'm wrong -- you wouldn't care too much. You might mumble something inaudibly about politics and the gov'ment, but then you'd forget about it the next day. You'd go back to your Grand Theft Autos and your slinkys.

Maybe the question should be, why do you guys care so much? I don't come to your job and tell you there's no way you could handle a promotion to Assistant Manager. That Charlie Fischer is way more deserving -- even though he was just hired a few months ago, and that you are just a bitch with an ugly haircut.

So get a f***ing life and stay out of mine.

C. Kaiser:

Throughout American history, a strong president has meant our country has been able to avoid a full recession, has been the leading power in the world, has kept this country secure and safe and has overcome our economic woes. These attributes as a leader and Commander In Chief will project the United States of America on a forward path that is prosperous, economically sound, and to regain the American faith and trust in government that has receded in the past decade and it can only belong to one candidate, and that candidate is future Madame President Hillary Clinton. One would not hire a carpenter without experience and dedication to build their house and it is the same in this campaign. The American people do not want to choose a candidate, that has a proven track record of associating with Anti-American propaganda, has no experience in the political field worldwide, is solely running on a race ticket that has been funded and elected wholeheartedly because it would make a statement having a black/white American in the White House. The American people need someone with conviction, stability, experience, determination and the ability to fight for the American dream and put that dream into affect on day one of the White House. Standing up for a President of this United States will take every American worldwide; with pride and trust restored in our nation and the solutions will follow. A small voice was heard today. A voice that will echo across this state, this country, the entire world and with each echo that voice is becoming stronger and stronger until it billows from the rooftops of each American home who can now proudly display their American flag, across meadows, fields and farmlands, from the tops of mountains ranges across our great nation to the beautiful lakes, seas and oceans. That voice is the voice of the American people and we are saying, "Hillary Clinton IS our next President!"

Barack Obama:

Hey kid, when Hillary loses, want to come write speeches for me?

Hillary Clinton

What do you think?

It appears that Hillary Clinton is continuing to campaign only because she wants to run as Vice President. Not with Barack Obama, but with John McCain. Think about how she's been conducting her campaign lately. She's running as if she is a republican candidate. What do you think about Hillary's strategy? Is she only running to be Vice President with John McCain, or is there another reason?

Dick Cheney:

Hey Hill,

It's time for a ROLL CALL! Barack is in serious trouble and people now realized they made a mistake in him winning the primary. It's now or never!
