Sigh.

If you think your huge bombing yesterday is going to get you attention, al-Qaeda or Sunni insurgents or Shi’ite militias, you will be sorely disappointed. Killing 250 people can no longer impress me. I’ve seen it all before.

Don’t waste my time with these petty crimes. I’m too jaded to care at this point. You need to kill, like, at least 1,000 people to really get a reaction out of me. And don’t even start with the Americans. I think I have the conversion chart in my desk drawer … yep, one American death gets the same attention as 180,007 Iraqi civilian deaths. So you have a ways to go if you’re going to plod along at a snail’s pace of 250 per bombing.

Hm, that’s weird, my neck is bleeding. Oh, the windows just exploded, again. Better get some new windows, again.
