My hand and the hands of my predecessors in this role have guided the nation through many tough times before. In fact, one could say we act as consumer advocate as much as a Ralph Nader.

So trust me when I state what I’ve believed for many years now: Not everyone deserves to own a house. Of course, the banks believe those vagabonds deserve a house. Fools.

Bubble gum pink and key-lime green, seriously? And now I’ll have to bail them out. This economy can be saved by foreclosing on one ugly house at a time.
