A beautiful young woman, crowned Miss New Jersey. Suddenly thrown into the public eye, after an anonymous pervert, trolling the internet on Face Book Dot Com for scandalous pictures, threatens her with blackmail. It is a case that has captivated America, and thrown our justice system and — YES — even our FRAGILE DEMOCRACY into chaos.
Not everyone knows this, but I was once, in my younger days, a beauty queen myself. Growing up in Georgia, a young girl with blonde hair did not have much of a choice. On our first day in kindergarten, we were rounded up and taken away from school to compete in pageants full-time.
In my very first pageant at age five, I won the silver cup. The girl who won the gold cup was a beautiful young girl, but she was also an unforgivable tramp. I told the pageant committee that I saw my competitor in a public restroom with a boy aged seven and was awarded the gold cup, as was destined in the FIRST place.
Miss New Jersey did not lose her crown, which is a relief. The source of these pictures was an unnamed disgusting weirdo, whose identity has still not been released (WHERE ARE YOU ON THIS ONE, NEW JERSEY STATE POLICE?). This kind of intrusion into the world of pageantry is UN-WELCOMED. The pageant community can and should police itself. That is what bitchy runners-up are for.
